Payment: PayPal can be used to pay for orders for convenience or your credit card can be used at the Check-Out Process.
Please note you do not need a PayPal Account if paying by PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
All payments are processed before orders ship.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Transit Time: Some items may ship from a different location effecting transit time.
Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
North Carolina and Georgia residents/businesses will be charged sales tax on all purchases in accordance to State and local sales tax laws,
unless we have a tax exempt form on file. Please email us at
sales@wmplasticsinc.com to
submit a tax exempt form.
Return Policy
Defects, shortages and exceptions are required to be reported to us within 5 days. If an item is to be returned please contact us at
sales@wmplasticsinc.com or call 1-800-535-INKS (4657) and provide us with order/invoice number,
item to be returned and reason. There are no returns after 15 days of invoicing. Returns must be approved and assigned an RMA before returning.
NO return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping
Method: Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight, size and shipping address. We are not responsible for
carrier errors. You must report all damage to the delivery carrier. If creating or special packaging is required for proper shipping, customer will be charged
accordingly.
Free Freight: SPR offers free freight when ordering $50.00 or more of vinyl items exclusively. For all
other orders free shipping starts when orders exceed $200. If an order includes mixed products for instance vinyl and other items such as ink,
ink supplies etc, Free shipping will be at the $200.00 level. Free shipping does not apply to clearance items, sale items, non-stocking,
oversized or equipment items and applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
Cut-Off Time: Orders need to be placed by 3 PM Eastern Time to ship the same day. Any order placed after 3 PM Eastern Time
may not ship until the following day.
