An extremely soft, non-building, clear base that mimics the feel of a water base print. The printer may add up to 60% of base to a color to soften the hand as needed and to help improve wet-on-wet printing properties for long runs. To be used on 100% cotton shirts and best to use on light color garments with NO underlay and print with high mesh counts. If underlay is needed, us our Soft Cotton white.
