Provides a raised sponge effect. Thick stencil recommended. Can be used as an underbase for special effects. If used as underbase, print base and then print top coat. Color can be added to tint base for tint. Can also add pigment concentrate (PC) to base to create colors. Use 20% for PC's or 15% for premixed ink.
